The Korangi Fisheries Harbour Authority (KoFHA) was established under Ordinance No. XVI of 1982 for making all arrangements for the planning, construction, operation, management and maintenance of Korangi Fisheries Harbour for exploiting fisheries resources beyond Territorial Waters(TTW).
